Our Story

SAKINAH KARRIEM C.C.H, born and raised in Dallas, Texas, is the founder of Ms. Know It All LLC, Realize Real Eyes, and Wholelistically Done. Her mission to heal, revive, and restore the body using natural remedies from the earth originated from battling health issues of her own at an early age.

At 13-years-old, Sakinah experienced her first surgery with a hernia repair. By 2013, Sakinah had endured ten surgeries for different health concerns, and was deemed physically disabled - relying on a cane and walker to get around; After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, dystonia, neuropathy. She was in severe pain.

Practitioners speculated Ms. Karriem might have been suffering from cancer, swine flu, multiple sclerosis, spinal meningitis, and several other diseases throughout the years. By this time Sakinah was in full-body braces, over 250lbs (her normal weight was 140lbs), had to use a catheter, had limited use of her hands, and was at what she described as the lowest point of her life. Sakinah, ill, physically disabled, and taking "about 20 pills a day," recalled her father using herbal, natural medicine when she was a child.

After careful research of holistic healing, consulting with numerous herbalists, exercising, and embracing her faith, Sakinah treated - and healed - herself within 90 days! She continued her research and decided to create her business - Wholelistically Done - for the prospect of guiding others to their own success stories.

"I experienced such miraculous results I wanted other people to see they could take control of their lives," she said. "I was just existing - not living- until I took control of my life and my health."

Sakinah's story began to spread and eventually, her family, friends, and neighbors began relying on her holistic healing to treat their health issues. She decided to pursue an official education in the field and attended The University of Maryland Integrated Health to study Clinical Herbal Medicine, then transferred to herbal school to be a Community Centered Herbalist.

She graduated in February of 2021 to add to her bachelor’s in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master’s in Project Management and Human Resource Management from Purdue University, two State of Texas Licenses, and 2 State of Texas certifications. She studies the human anatomy so she can be more efficient in her practices while she continues to serve her community with natural remedies and medicine from the earth.  She added that everything she does is to help others be the best person they can be.
