Purpose: Proponents of colon cleansing believe toxins from your gastrointestinal tract can cause a variety of health issues. It is believed colon cleansing improves health by removing toxins, boosting your energy, and enhancing your immune system, helping with weight loss, improving digestion, boosting mood, and reducing the risk of colon cancer. This should be taken at night. Anyone over the age of 16 may take 2- 4 capsules daily, this product is not suitable for anyone under 16 years of age. This protocol is available in the cleanse bundle.
This product is also effective in relieving occasional constipation. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhea, high doses of stomach cramps or pain, or blood in the urine.

No, our products are not just detox, however, they refuel the body with the necessary vitamins and minerals necessary. You will release, however, not run off. If you begin to run off, lessen the dosage.
Can I still take my vitamins with this product?
Yes, it is recommended to continue to take your vitamins while consuming our products. However, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B supplements are all recommended.
Is Sea moss a vitamin? Can I take it with my other vitamins?
Sea moss is nature’s natural vitamin; however, you may still consume your vitamins in conjunction with the sea moss. If you start to get a headache, discontinue vitamins.
Can I still consume other whole plant-based herbs when consuming your products?
We don’t recommend taking any other herbs while consuming our products.
Do not take turmeric while consuming our products, it will cause you to run off at the bowels.
Can I take this product if I don’t drink water?
