Purpose: Chest congestion is a result of inflamed air passages, or bronchi, in the lungs. When the bronchi in your lungs are exposed to a virus, they swell and fill with a thick fluid called mucus. Is Sea moss a vitamin? Can I take it with my other vitamins?
Sea moss is nature’s natural vitamin; however, you may still consume your vitamins in conjunction with the sea moss. If you start to get a headache, discontinue vitamins.
Can I still consume other whole plant-based herbs when consuming your products?
